Dear Blog, I know I’ve abandoned you for a few days.  Please forgive me

Memorial weekend was a blast with our friends!  Eating, playing games, listening to the rain, sleeping in, fishing, relaxing….oh the joys of the outdoors! 

This week has been a little crazy getting back to work.  My boys are almost finished with school for the summer so lots have been going on with them, I’ve had a whole bunch of shoots & trying to get my editing caught up!!!! 

I can’t wait for June as I will literally be home a total of 10 days in the whole month of June!  CRAZY I KNOW!!!!!  Lots of traveling & shooting!!!!!!!  I can’t wait for it!!!

I’ll leave you with my stylin lil bride & groom whom I love their style & can’t wait for their wedding next month in Las Vegas!!!!!!

I am leaving town today & will return on Monday!  I will have NO access to e-mails, internet, phone, computer…NOTHING!  SOOOO don’t expect to hear from me anytime soon….LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!  My brain is going to me programmed to listen to birds chirp, children playing/laughing, adult interaction with just simply talking, playing games, sitting around a camp fire, counting my blessings, being thankful to God for my life!!!!  THAT is what I am going to be doing this weekend!!!!!!!!!  R*E*L*A*X*I*N*G

I joined my wonderful, fabulous lil photo buddy, Rebekah, the other day to shoot lil Miss Jacque Lynn’s engagements.  What a FANTASTIC time that was!  I simply adore both these girls & love that they are my friends!

Another wedding I’m excited about!  LOVE her style.  Wedding is in July & we’re gonna have a BLAST….groom/groomsmen on Harley’s, red/black cowboy boots, farmland, dancing, hoop’n it up!!!!!!!

I do have to say on this session….by the time we were finished the poor bride looked like she had the measels!  The NATS were INSANE!  We got ATE ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People always ask me…how do you get your couples being so happy & laughing & looking like they are completely enjoying themselves….WELLLLLLL you look for yourself.  Could you be crabby & NOT laugh at someone looking like this at you?  hahahahahaha!  I’m just a HYPER, OUT OF CONTROL person…LOL!!!  I LOVE to have fun & I LOVE to laugh & I LOVE to be happy!  SO there ya have ME :-)  In all my NERDINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They met when they were just 10 years old & fell in love

Now all these years later they became husband & wife!  The perfect little couple.  SOOO in love & SOOOO happy!!!!! 

They love spending quality time together & the love of their lives is MACK!  He is a yellow lab & soooo cute! 

THE ENGAGEMENT::::It was on Britt’s b-day, August 11.  They went to SLC to eat at PF Changs, their favorite place to eat together.  Before hand Ben talked to a manager to put ‘Will you Marry Me’ in the fortune cookie.  Well that didn’t happen so Ben had to think of a back up plan.  On their drive home Britt was sad because she thought he was going to propose!  They went to Hyrum to their gravel pit & they went towards the back of the gravel pit & Ben got down on one knee & asked her to marry him.  It was sunset & they love to go to the gravel pit & take pics of themselves on all the trucks so this was a very special moment!

I have to say that I positively love this couple & their families!  Through the whole process of shooting their pics, discussing plans, placing orders they have been a DREAM!!!!!!  I’m sooooo happy I have made some great friendships!!!!!!!!!!!

At the wedding Britt’s aunt gave me a picture of Britt’s GREAT-GREAT Grandparents.  She wanted me to take a picture of Britt & Ben just like when Britt’s Great-Great Grandparents were married.  I just LOVE old antique pictures!

AHHHHHHH my new BESTFRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Meet Sally!  She was lost, but found by such an amazing family!  Britt’s aunt took her in…bathed her, gave her a nice, yummy home & the best family anyone could ask for.  Britt then took her shopping & got her some sassy clothes & a new hair do!  Totally pampered her.

Sally has been to Las Vegas, New York, Disneyland, Montana & her most recent adventure…HAWAII!!!!!  Sally texted me on the plane to say goodbye as she went to Hawaii…she also sent a text while on the beach!  She had such a fabulous trip!  She’s sooooo sweet

When I saw her step outta the car I knew this would be a dream session!  OMGOSH her hair & her eyes….AMAZING!!!!!!  Not to mention she is like 6 foot tall :-)  Yeah she pretty much towered me…hahahhaa!!!!  It was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME…this session!  The wind also worked in our favor

Everytime I would take a shot of her & take a sec to look at my LCD……I would DIE!  I just wanted to pee my pants cause she was AMAZINGLY gorgeous …hahahahhahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  AHHHH a photographers dream!  FO SHIZZLE PEOPLE!!!!!!  LOLOL!!!!

Well senior class of 2009 I wish you ALL the best & greatest success your dreams & goals in life bring you!!!!!  I am finished with the senior class of 2009.  NOW if you are a 2009 senior & want senior pictures BUT don’t NEED them by the time you graduate…..then GREAT…I’ll still take your senior pics, BUT I am done with the RUSH RUSH of the class of 2009.  My May is INSANE with wedding stuff right now so I don’t book seniors in May that HAVE to have their pics NOW.
